William Walker Florance, 1909-1983Walker Florance was a founding member of Florance, Gordon & Brown. He joined his father, Reynolds Florance, and his brother, Richard “Dick” Florance, in the practice of law at the firm of Florance & Florance.
Walker died Wednesday, June 29, 1983. He was survived by his wife, Frances Booth Florance; a daughter, Louise Smythe of Spartanburg, S.C.; a sister, Juliette Florance of Richmond; two grandchildren, Scott and Molly Smythe.
