Drafting of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives
Advising clients on wealth transfer techniques, to include lifetime and charitable giving
Creating and advising private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations

Counseling clients throughout the probate process
Representing individual and corporate fiduciaries in various estate and trust administration matters
